The Most Dangerous Man In America, Daniel Ellsberg-The Pentagon Papers
I saw this documentary movie this week and recommend it to everyone,it provides insight to the lengths the government went to start, and continue illegal war actions in Vietnam. It contains actual footage and testimony documenting US government corruption and shows the apathy of the people to do something about it. A very good movie. I rate it a 5/5.

Harper Closes Vancouver B.C. clinic Insight, in contempt of court decision, the real story
PM Harper has sought to impose a crusade against the Vancouver BC. clinic Insight, his actions are in contempt of Supreme Court decisions ordering it to be allowed to remain open.The clinic has a proven compassionate track record. He hates that it works and goes against it with his drug war mentality.Harper should be arrested for contempt of the Supreme Court decision,and go to jail, but he's our PM instead. Please understand you need to keep your fructose levels BELOW 25 grams per day. The best way to do that is to avoid sweeteners as they are loaded with a much higher percentage of fructose than HFCS.
Please note that avoiding beyond 25 grams per day is crucial.
Acceptable Alternative Sweeteners
For those times when you just want a taste of something sweet, your healthiest alternative is Stevia. It is hundreds of times sweeter than sugar and truly has virtually no calories.

This category applies primarily to food produced with GM microorganisms, and includes:
*
wheat beer with GM yeast;
*
yeast extract from GM yeast;
*
yoghurt with GM lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria);
*
salami (raw sausages) with GM lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria);
*
blue cheese with GM moulds; and
*
Quorn (protein from protazoa) from GM fungi.
To date, no GM yeast, GM bacteria or GM fungi are approved in the EU for use in food.
Labelling. Additives that are produced with the help of genetically modified microorganisms do not require labelling
beacuse GMOs are not directly associated with the final product. Because the final product is carefully purified
and does not contain any genetically modified organisms, vitamins and additives made in this way are not subjected
to special regulations or labelling requirements.
In some cases, amino acids and enzymes are not legally considered foods. Rather, they are known as processing aids.
This is why there is no legal requirement to declare these additives on the list of ingredients.
